Problem
Houses are a big part of the carbon dioxide emissions within a country. In Switzerland, the built environment represents around 30% of those emissions. Renovation work is in progress but presents issues such as :
- Priorization : Which house to renovate first in a large portfolio of buildings?
- Monitoring : Are the renovation effort enough to meet the country's energy target?
Idea
Based on the latest AI and data science methodologies, we introduce Dynamis, a software to track the efficiency of houses and more. The latter allows you to compute an estimate of your house efficiency at a fraction of the cost of the estimation made by an expert. Also, it allows to estimate the efficiency of large built park with a matter of minutes.
Current state
Right now, Dynamis is in testing phase. The main parts of the software have been developed. Testing and validation through case studies is ongoing for large-scale estimates.
